1. Where does Strapium ship from?
We source and ship our products directly from our trusted global suppliers. This allows us to offer the best quality and prices to our customers.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship across South Africa, and plan to expand to more countries soon.
3. How long does delivery take?
Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location and order volume. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us immediately at hello@strapium.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
